Beaverton, Oregon October 20, 2011 - The League of Women Voters of Portland Education Fund and the American Association of University Women sponsored Candidate Forum for the Representative to the United States Congress, 1^st Congressional District of Oregon will broadcast live on Tualatin Valley Community Television.

This evening's event taking place at the Hillsboro Civic Center Auditorium will feature candidates for both the Republican and Democratic nomination for this office. Democratic candidates include; Dominic Hammon, Sen.Suzanne Bonamici, Saba Ahmed, Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian, Todd Lee Ritter and Bob Witt. Republican candidates consist of; Lisa Michaels, D.R. Delgado-Morgan, Pavel Goberman, Jim Greenfield and Rob Cornilles.
