Programming created or submitted by our community producers must be commercial free, must not contain unauthorized copyrighted material and cannot promote or endorse lotteries or other gambling nor can it engage in or encourage illegal activities. Programs that contain nudity, adult language, graphic violence or medical procedures require a warning disclaimer and will only be scheduled for cablecasting in our Safe Harbor hours of midnight to 4:30 am. Seeking sponsorship of your program is allowed within the guidelines established in section IX of the TVCTV Policy and Procedures Manual. These guidelines limit the amount of donations you can get from a sponsor to help support your production. TVCTV equipment and facilities are not intended to be used for financial gain for the community producer or their volunteer crew. Community producers are not allowed to charge others for creating a video production using our equipment or facilities or for use of our facilities or equipment. Our programming department will accept any length of program but prefers programs 28 minutes and 30 seconds or 58 minutes and 30 seconds. Short programs of 15 minutes or less are also preferred as they can fill in gaps in our programming schedule. We can accept programs on DVD (.vob file) or MPEG digital file or on mini-DV tape or DVCPro tape media. Contact our This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
