TVCTV accepts both locally orignated programming created by our certified community producers and volunteers and sponsored programs created outside our services. To become a community producer you must attend an free Orientation and  a free Producer Seminar which is held each month.  Programming that is created outside our facilities requires the sponsorship of a certified TVCTV producer.  This sponsor would be regarded as if they produced the program so that any questions or problems would be directed to them and not the original producer of the program.  Sponsored programs must meet the same guidelines as applied to locally originated programming produced at TVCTV.  If you have a program you wish to air on TVCTV channels but you are not eligible to be a TVCTV member you can contact the Community TV Manager, Dave Slay, and request for a sponsor of your program.

TVCTV accepts DVD's (.vob files), MPEG 2 files, min-DV tape or DVCPro tape formats for playback.  TVCTV offers a FTP site to upload your files to.  Please contact our Programming Coordinator Jerry Robinson, for instructions onhow to use the FTP site.
