| Tualatin Valley Community Television's mission is to strengthen the fabric of community life by providing communication tools, training and opportunities. |
In order to fulfill its mission, TVCTV works in partnership with individuals, community groups, governments, educational institutions and area businesses.
TVCTV manages Public, Educational and Governmental (PEG) Access channels on the area cable system through the Metropolitan Area Communications Commission, the cable regulatory agency serving the Tualatin Valley.
The TVCTV service area includes 14 communities in the Tualatin Valley: Banks, Beaverton, Cornelius, Durham, Forest Grove, Gaston, Hillsboro, King City, Lake Oswego, North Plains, Rivergrove, Tigard, Tualatin, and Washington County. Service Area
