Submit a Community Billboard

The Community Billboard system provides free, non-commercial information about community events, activities, services and other notices of public interest in TVCTV’s service area. TVCTV is pleased to announce the addition of a SCALA Information System for use on the community access channels.

The SCALA system provides a more aesthetic appearance to the TVCTV channels and allows people to submit their own graphics for display. SCALA will also allow TVCTV to target specific audiences across the Public, Education and Government channels.

Please use one of the methods below to post information about community events, activities, services and other notices of public interest in TVCTV’s service area to this electronic bulletin board. Messages run for two consecutive weeks and the service is free of charge.

The Community Billboard may not be used for private profit making purposes. Commercials, lotteries and the solicitation of funds or business are prohibited. No costs, fees or ticket prices may be advertised. Please send messages at least one week in advance; messages received late may not be posted on time.
