TVCTV’s Government Production Services Department creates Government Programming for 14 jurisdictions in the Tualatin Valley.

The Metropolitan Communications Commission (MACC) regulates and enforces the Comcast cable franchsie agreeement for 14 jurisdictions in the Tualatin Valley and Washington County. MACC's member jurisdictions are: Banks, Beaverton, Cornelius, Durham, Forest Grove, Gaston, Hillsboro, King City, Lake Oswego, North Plains, Rivergrove, Tigard, Tualatin and Washington County.  MACC also administers the cable franchise agreement with Comcast for the City of Milwaukie, Oregon.
